Suitable for all abilities, exercises can be adapted to meet individual needs, making it ideal whether you are new to Pilates or looking to enhance your existing fitness routine. Please bring a mat, as the session includes floor-based work, with a strong emphasis on moving well, feeling stronger, and leaving the class energised and confident in your body.
